Prospective Clients of Michael Bryan,


Before engaging Michael Bryan to represent us on the sale of our house and the purchase of another home in Collierville, we had only been through the experience of buying a house once. We thought our previous agent was the normal experience; show us houses, help arrange financing, etc. Our second purchase, for which Michael represented us, was more complex, and in the end we were so thankful we’d chosen Michael.

Michael really went beyond what one might consider normal customer service. He helped us negotiate the sale of our house, restructuring some incentives to bring us and the buyer together. He did the same on the purchase of our new home, negotiating an agreement that pleased both the seller and us. Michael helped us prioritize our repair lists for both houses, instructed us what were prudent expenses and what were unnecessary, and gave us instruction on presenting our house for sale. He also helped us evaluate several financing options. One might think this was enough, but Michael’s relentless commitment to customer satisfaction was really proven when we engaged contractors to complete upgrades on our new house before we moved in. Michael actually co-managed the contractors with us and coordinated the conclusion of the upgrades, making sure it coincided with inspections and financing. He kept us continually informed of any changes and we really felt Michael was an advocate for our interests in both transactions.
We can’t imagine how any agent could have done more for us. Michael really assuaged our fears, made us comfortable that he would help us with any challenges that arose, and just went the extra mile at every step to make sure our sale, purchase, and upgrades went off as scheduled.
